"Room was clean. The pool was cold and the pump wasn't on. The game room was a complete bust, as none of the games worked.
Entry door C was jamed and had to be forced to get it opened. We didn't stick around to eat breakfast.
It could be a good place to stay with kids if they get everything up and running. They play area was nice."

"The staff at the VanBuren Hotel were friendly and able to answer any questions about the town. There was no wait to check in and I appreciated knowing which entrance was closest to my room.
The room was clean, although a bit worn. The coverlet was thin and the mattress a bit saggy.
There was plenty of convenient parking.
Breakfast wasn’t fancy; just your normal breakfast buffet. I appreciated the fresh fruit and the coffee was good."

"Breakfast both days were not available. Suppose to open at 7 am , doors were locked, no one would respond. On second day we asked the night before if there was something we could take to the room for breakfast the next morning and were told NO. Simply not accommodating staff."
