"The front desk lady said she was unable to extend our check out time, by an hour, on Saturday morning when there were only eleven rooms booked the night before. Also, the air conditioning wasn't working. The check in gentleman was helpful and arranged for a cot for us."

"The room was clean. There was extra towels. The only thing I found hard was the microwave was in French and the microwave door locks so you have to unlock the door before you can open it."
