Open-space lobby is more like a lounge, with music (sometimes live) and tons of comfortable seating options -- there were always a number of people hanging out there, sometimes enjoying coffee or a drink from the bar. Staff members were all friendly, helpful, and extremely competent; when we stopped by the front desk to ask for someone to check out a problem we were having with our TV, we had barely left before the technician was arriving. Luggage storage is available before and after checkout for a very reasonable fee.
