"The room was outdated and smelled bad. We got a smoking room. There were holes in the walls burn marks on the bathroom sink, and several burn marks in the comforter. No fridge or microwave."

"The apartment was wonderful and very reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable. We could not get the TV to work. That was a bit disappointing. We had some trouble getting into the apartment with the codes. The people told us we would get a code 24 hours in advance and they never gave it to me. ..."

Very sad place. Cleveland is obviously racially and socially segregated, with all the resources extracted for wealthy whites in suburbs.

Mrs Alice from the Kitchen is AMAZING! She says good morning with a smile and asks what can she do for you all throughout your Breakfast Meal. I just met her and she reminded me of my Mom. I will continue to come back because of Mrs Alice. Thank you
