"It was more than we expected. The Whanau were all excited and amazed at the set up of the house, the beautiful views, the space was great. TV was great, the kids loved the fact they could watch there movies. Was awesome having access to the beach and taking a stroll. I'm so happy we came to Grahams Beach."

We sat there in the early evening drinking our complimentary Pinot Gris watching the sunset with our baby daughter. Room was spacious, comfortable and altogether very cosy. A few minutes drive to Palm Beach and amazing vineyards. Wish we had more time to stay longer."

"The property was good with a lot of space. A few detractors that we experience are as follows. 1. They have listed as this place has a pool. It is only a small paddling pool and this was not put up during our stay. The owner did say they had to take it down due to bad weather. A paddling pool should be listed as that. And the picture doesnt quiet reflect the actual situation. 2. Spa was not very good. Was quite dirty. 3. The kitchen faucet was leaking. It was covered with a foil paper to prevent...

"Our group of adults and teenagers attending a school competition in Takapuna thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is designed to accommodate and entertain a large group staying together. Beautiful lighting and comfortable throughout. The teenagers loved the pool table and hot tub (too cold for the pool, this time). Loray is very friendly, easy to communicate with, and helpful."

"We’re in NZ for the famous trotting Rowe Cup. Home was equidistant from Airport, horse sales complex at Karaka and Alexandra Park trotting track."

We were not disturbed by noise from the surrounding bars etc. As my group consisted of 3 children age 5 and under we did find fact they could escape from garden around the side to front of property a concern but the information provided did make this known so cannot complain. We did use a piece of timber found to block their escape so might be worth owners considering something more permanent? Only other comment would...

The location & privacy you have was what we wanted & it was just an overall awesome experience to have stayed here. The pool & sea views 😍 so spacious & clean. "A very cute little place to stay while attending spark arena, jumped on a scooter, which were always nearby, for easy travel. A car park is available under the building, which made things easier. Check out got a little muddled, needing key to get into the garage, but needing to leave it in the room, but all was sorted."

"Unfortunately there was diggers operating in the driveway & had been there for 2 weeks. We were not made aware of this. Extremely noisy. The house was not overly clean. Had no curtains in the bathroom or living areas. If Stay Hub had been able to find an alternative house close by, we would have moved. Wouldnt stay here again"
