"Everyone was friendly. The host was very responsive and great to chat with. The cottage was cozy and well stocked. I was surprised at how quiet everything was being so close to the freeway. I think I only notice one loud car and one loud motorcycle the three days we were there, which is a lot less than what I hear in my parent’s neighborhood in south San Jose. It was a very relaxing stay, and we LOVE the cactus outside of the front door! Thank you so much for sharing this lovely place to stay!"

"Great warm welcoming, very professional, super helpful pointing out points of interest. Also, had a mid-afternoon delicious snack out for us (brownies yum)! "Talk about being catfished for what is promoted and what is presented. I never even stepped foot in the room. Host pulled up 10 minutes before check in to do a walk through, with a bottle of cleaner in hand. Asked multiple times to cancel and was denied. This is anything but a couples beach studio. No one should stay here ever. "
