Our toilet didn't flush - we had to run out to an event shortly after check-in and there was nobody on staff when we got back to help fix the situation. "Everything was great! Only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness was that the end table in the livingroom and nightstand in bedroom did not appear to have been wiped down. There was something sticky on them. And a minor oversight (becuase this should have been done by prior guest) was that the coffee pot still had a used coffee filter with grounds in it.
