We stayed here to see the Christmas light show in Brookings and were surprised to see the high rating of this motel with rooms going for less than $100 a night. The property is in need of updating but the staff was professional and our room was clean. We would stay here again.

The exterior lighting shine thru the curtains. It rained the entire week of our visit, at one point there was a leaked at the front door that was quit loud. The staff has always been very nice and accommodating. We elected for no room service and exchanged towels each day, the towel are of a nice quality and very soft. This hotel is my favorite when visiting Brookings.

Great Place to Stay

We arrived and check in was a breeze. The very friendly lady at the office gave me the rundown and pointed me towards our room. We got the perfect room on the lower floor in the corner. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The hotel is right off the main road and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay!
