"We love the fact that we can bring our cat to a quality hotel. We also love the fact that we can get a suite with a separate bedroom so when you’re on a different sleep schedules, you’re not waking the other people up. I do miss the more comfortable bed that was fluffier and had a mattress top on it when they first opened up this hotel chain and I’m not a fan of the extremely heavy pocket doors that you can barely grab with a finger to pull shot but as always, it’s a clean room quality stay breakfast is fine."

"First I will start off by saying each member of the front desk. Staff were absolutely incredible. They were nice. They were patient. They were friendly. The room, however, was unacceptable. I am quite frustrated about my stay there every single Surface not only in the bathroom, but the entire room was covered in so much rust like every single piece of metal, including the lampshades had rust on them. The room looked like somebody pieced it together, barely meaning the walls. There was no paint on most of them. If it was painted, it was very sloppy. There is no vent in the bathroom, so everything is extremely humid and moldy visibly as well as the stench of mildew and just sitting water in that room was awful. When I got in there the floors were absolutely filthy with big chunks of something dark brown on them, my bedframe was made out of some sort of sheet metal type thing because when I got on it, it made like a loud metal popping sound like it was dipping down or something. It just was very much a rundown Dirty unkept hotel room."

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property is very outdated and unclean. The carpet in the room had a terrible odor, and there were visible stains on both the bed linens and towels, which made the room feel unsanitary. The pool was also not working during our stay. The AC unit blows extremely hard directly toward the bed closest to it, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The only items available were waffles, danish pastries, apples, bananas, and cereal. Tea bags were provided, yet there was no hot water available for tea. When I asked for hot water, I was told I would have to pay for it, which was unacceptable. Overall, I am very unhappy with both the service and the condition of this hotel. This is a property contracted with Wyndham, and the online pictures are very misleading and do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the hotel. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to others."

"The stay at this place was great! ALL the staff were very nice and courteous, and I mean everyone from the front desk, cleaning staff, kitchen staff, and anyone else that we bumped into. The rooms, grounds, and common areas were clean. What a difference and impression this place made on me and my wife. We will definitely stay here again when we come into town."

"El hotel está en pésimas condiciones con ácaros visibles las neveras del hielo llenas de basuras y cabos de cigarros , los pasillos fumando mariguana , cocinando con cocinas eléctricas dentro de la habitación con peste a comida ,y no tienen alarmas de fuego tengo fotos , ahí más nunca me rento ni se lo recomiendo a nadie y yo viajo bastante por asuntos de trabajo , el lava manos tupido tuve que lavarme la boca en el chawed, tengo fotos como prueba , está inospito ."
