"What a great value! The staff is friendly, the room was stocked with everything it should've been, the shower was hot, and the beds were soooo comfortable. Great place to stay!"

"The communication with the host was wonderful! They provided corrections to the issues we were having within 2 hours of me letting them know we had an issue. We enjoyed the way the room was set up! Also loved that they made a point of making our Service Animals feel at home with a cute dog bed."

"This was the best equipped kitchen in any VRBO that I’ve rented. It also is an excellent location. The host is gracious. I recommend staying here."

"Very peaceful and relaxing!"

"Overall, great little place for quick couple of nights the house was clean and kept up nicely."

"We loved staying in this Tiny Home. It was clean and cute, in the country but very close to shopping and restaurants in Nixa. We wanted something different from a cookie-cutter hotel and we were not disappointed. It is less than 20 mins from Springfield attractions and about 45 from Branson. Our host kept us updated on all check in and check out procedures. Don’t let the ladder to the loft scare you - the bed is so comfy and the view is also nice. 5 stars in my book - no complaints!"

"The host was quick to respond and professional. I really appreciate the check out process, it was quick and easy. The place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable. We were stuck inside for most of our time because of a snowstorm so we really appreciated the large tv, cozy setting and well stocked shelves so we could cook ourselves. "

"Na perfect"

"Great stay! Highly recommend!"

"Loved the space and the fenced in backyard. Use of the garage was appreciated. Very nice. Would book again."

"Clean nice cozy room Unique Only it didn’t have an iron"

"Great house in a nice neighborhood!"

"I stay away for the middle of July 2026 and we had a wonderful time. Everything was more than expected. Thank you Tony."

"We decided to rent this quaint renovated home in Springfield for our anniversary./Easter weekend. It's in walking distance of the Pythian Castle which we enjoyed the history tour, ghost tour with ghost pics to prove it and their officer lockdown which was tough but fun. Lots of restaurants, felt safe, love the house."

"This was a fun place to stay & get away for the weekend! It was clean and we were contacted by hosts that we could arrive to check in a few hours early as an option! The host was helpful with questions and kind!"
