"This boutique hotel is amazing. Our suite was huge by NYC standards. The bathroom was big too. The room, and the public spaces are beautifully decorated. Very eclectic and bright. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The fact that you can park on the street for free is incredible. The rules for parking were a little confusing at first, but we figured it out. It’s a short walk to the subway station. "

"This was our first stay at this hotel and our first time in Brooklyn. The hotel was great, it was clean, we had an amazing view from our room and from the spacious rooftop patio. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the neighborhood the hotel is located in - and it might be fine, like I said, we have never been in Brooklyn before, but there was a bit of road-work AND construction on buildings going on all around the hotel, which is probably normal for any large & densely populated city. "Very nice hotel but would’ve been nice to know that the pool and outdoor bar were under renovation. The downstairs bar was closed on a Friday night, apparently due to staff shortage. The room was immaculate though, bed very comfy, and friendly service all around. I would have liked a coffee maker in the room. Very safe, walkable location. "

"I showed up at the hotel after my flight and Uber ride to find it closed! It was being turned into a shelter! No one at Expedia or Best Western thought to advise people who had booked it previously?! I was alone in NYC with nowhere to go, and it was impossible to reach a person when I tried calling.
