"Friendly, helpful staff. Huge room with queen size sleeper sofa. Lots of breakfast options but no fresh fruit. Good coffee. Very quiet with view of farm fields. Bathroom floor corners were dirty. Ceiling vent area was so dusty it looked furry."

"Second time visiting Grinnell for conference swim meet at Grinnell college. Staying here allows us to let our daughter to nap btwn sessions. The property is peaceful and full of chirping birds. We’ll definitely be back…hoping no one discovers this gem for the same days we need it!"

Feb 19, 2019I booked for two nights for hospice, nearby in Belle Plaine. Sprint phone service was terrible, dropping calls and we lost gps in the car. The second night wasn't needed, so we left.
