Clean room pool but no staff only two people worked there. We were given the wrong room and they didn’t have enough roll away beds one person had to sleep on floor. Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown by IHG
We absolutely loved our stay. We attended the Cavs game and it was literally a walk across the street. Valet parking was a plus. We did visit the restaurant/bar and the food was great. All staff members were very pleasant. We will definitely be planning another trip soon.

A bit confusing for check in. We arrived to a sticky table & counter & cabinets. The ice make was malfunctioning so it was fulllll of ice.
