"My overall stay way great! The property was clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was the main bathroom light was out. The vanity mirror was fine as it was just myself. Again, this location was fine. I will be booking again."

"Professional staff. The same paper on floor of the elevator at the time of check in and check out. Cleaning staff tried to open room door to clean at 9 am. I went down at 11 am to get a cart. The same person with the cleaning staff went to check on my room. It took me 2 minutes to get a cart. This was at 11 am. She saw me walk out the room empty handed. Check out was at Noon. Other than feeling rushed, I enjoyed my stay and gave Excellent Stars. I stayed at this hotel many times. Thqt is why I gave Excellent Stars. This experience was the first time experiencing being rushed."

"I truly enjoyed my stay and will be coming back! Check in was very easy and the staff was friendly from the time I walked in. My room was clean and felt comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast. I really wanted a waffle station and theirs have not one but two so that made it even better so it wasn’t ever any ack up at the station. There was plenty of seating inside and out and the bar top is nice if you don’t mind the “cafeteria” style seating. I got to chat with another lady who was alone and it was nice."

"Hello 👋, We stayed May 29th May 30th we had a two and half Hour drive to Katy Mills TX. Check in was easy the deal we originally had was I believe for 1 room 2 queens around $200.00 ish dollars when we got there I asked what floor we were on she said the 4th floor so with Expedia deals sometimes you get the higher level if floors 3rd or 4th floor I was not pleased with that since we just drive 2 1/2 hours from San Antonio Tx the kids were ready to play and so I asked if we had a lower floor available and they has 2nd floor available mind you it was about another hundred to transfer rooms. Then we found out the pool was closed there for a good chunk of the day. After unpacking we decided to do dinner of the amenities that were arrived the hotel, love the location for that with a mall right there and we have never been to a mall before. amenities were fun for all ages and adults too.We came back to the hotel later that evening and the pool was open again so they only got to play for 30 minutes and the pool water was FREEZING COLD!!! They do not have the pool heater at this hotel. Overall the room was okay we had room 422 so if you stay in that room double check the phone line and the phone always range busy and I always had to go up down up down to the front desk if I needed something,They also never did a room clean while we were out of the hotel would’ve been nice to have trash bags in the room to change out the small trash cans. Watch out for poop in the elevators."
