"Short one night stay before travelling on, we arrived very late but the reception staff was extremely friendly and understanding. We had a family room which was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, a welcome treat after a long journey! The continental breakfast was also generous and delicious. "Only issue was using our navigation car system to access the hotel. It was telling us to drive the wrong way down a one way street. Very confusing, but was directing us to the parkade which was not easily visible. Little stressful. Had to park the car and walk to the hotel lobby to have things explained. Others were at the front desk with the same issue. But hotel is quite lovely!"

"A but tired but fairly clean although paintwork to bathroom door quite stained. Kettle in room but bring your own cups and supplies unless you want one drink in a polystyrene cup. Basic room in a convenient location from Eurotunnel if you get a later crossing. "
