"They do parking vouchers which is good as there’s no way to access the hotel without going through the gated parking lot. Rooms were clean , staff was friendly There was 1 issue I paid up front when we booked the room so it was strange to be told upon arrival that the 2Q we reserved was no longer available. We got in at 9 pm so not like it was a crazy late arrival. They did provide an alternative to give us a 2nd room for free. Which fortunately still worked for us since a parent could be in both rooms. If I had been traveling solo with my kids, then this would have left us no options. So while it was readily resolved for us , it was disconcerting."
