"It's a very beautiful hotel and the front desk people Audrey and William were so helpful. They listened to our complains and acted promptly. They changed our rooms when it got so hot and the AC wasn't working. Audrey went the extra mile to offer us free breakfast to apologize for the AC problem but unfortunately, we overslept and couldn't go for the breakfast. We love this hotel and we will recommend it to our friends. Thanks for your service."

"Nice people, enjoyable airport stay. 15 min walk to the terminal - perhaps call a cab if you have heavy luggage. Walking with a small bag is fine providing you are reasonably fit."
