"This is a great hotel/ town to get a taste of the French Riviera. We used it as a base to go into Collioure. The pool and pool bar was solid. The views were great. The nearby town is solid. And Collioure is only a 10 min taxi away. The hotel is probably nicer than any hotel in Collioure that we saw. "

"A present surprise in a quite residential area but just a short walk into the small beautiful old town. We enjoyed a beer at a bar in the town square before walking back to the Hotel for Dinner. Charming restaurant with very nice food and a super helpful waiter who spoke excellent English and made us very welcome. Breakfast was simple but adequate. "This is a special kind of Bed and Breakfast, it's the one kind that stays in your heart. It's located in the old fortress remains and have a special kind of atmosphere. Our hostess is one lovely lady and she makes the tastiest yoghurt and marmelade we have ever tasted. Everything is homemade. We highly recommend it"

"We were returning to Les Elmes after a number of years for a short late summer holiday. It didn't disappoint, with a well appointed, quiet comfortable room. We enjoyed great food in La Littorine restaurant and Banyuls Sur Mer is a short walk away. Perpignan is also only 30 minutes by train or 40 minutes by car. "

"Nice old house. However price very high for comfort, location and service. Clean nice room. However, breakfest not so fresh as you would expect for the price. They charge you for additional service (eg 3 Euro for tea bag). Wifi and tv not working"
