Amazing and hospitable staff. Joe is unmatched by his gracious greeting every morning at breakfast and Sevag is simply outstanding in his service whenever we needed something.

Very comfortable place. Their service is exceptional and their location is very convenient; supermarket and salon on the ground floor. 5 minutes away from the malls.

The property is very clean' the underground parking (free) is very convenient so as not to rely on street parking; the rooms are quite spacious and the junior suites were very reasonably priced; the welcome fruit plate was a nice touch

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Lebanon in a long time! I honestly refuse to stay anywhere else whenever I’m in the area. From the incredible staff to the comfort of the beds, everything was a 10/10. What truly sets this place apart is the genuine Lebanese hospitality. They don’t just treat you like a guest; they make you feel like family. Highly recommend!

We reserved two one-bedroom suites for eight nights. Spacious, quiet, tastefully furnished annd adequately accommodating. The best part is the friendly, pleasant and helpful staff from Front desk to housekeeping. No restrictions on visitors is a definite added plus.

I had a very pleasant stay at Al Sheikh Suites in Hamra. The staff was absolutely wonderful, very polite, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The price was reasonable and offered good value for the money. Breakfast was not included, but it was available at an affordable price. One thing worth mentioning is that certain room supplies and personal care items, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, Q-tips, and other toiletries, need to be requested from the staff, including refills.
