"The room was clean. Our room had the built in bunkbeds and that gave us decent privacy from our kids. But the bed rail for the top was so close to the ceiling it was a struggle to get in and out.
Parking was great. Staff was wonderful.
Not much else to the room. One very small tv and since the town closes down by 5:00-7:00 a tv would be nice since it was obviously a room for kids too."
"It’s obvious the lack of competition for hotel chains is one of the reasons why this (and other properties) aren’t upgrading or even moderately maintaining their properties. While the staff were very nice, the hotel and rooms felt old, dated, threadbare and in need of renovation. Brown County is stunning … but its hotels leave a lot to be desired."
"The room was clean and maintained. The owners left a number to call for checking in, while I stood outside in the sun. The property looked rough, it had poison ivy growing out onto the parking lot."
