Extremely clean, friendly staff, beautiful accommodations, very crisp new linen & towels, excellent location on the lake, very cute and decorated nicely. New wood floors, great kitchen area with bar stools. Super convenient in every way. We usually bring our own dishes, and pillows, and none of that was needed. VERY clean! Super !

Completely amazing. I've been working in the area for two months and ive stayed at several hotels in the area. Silver Bay is, by far, the most comfortable, cleanest and friendliest. I'll be in the area for another week or two and I'm already booked for this week. I'd like to add that the bed was the most comfortable and their towels, the fluffiest. Brittney was amazing!! She helped make our honeymoon spectacular, and the gift bag from the hotel crew was super thoughtful too. Rooftop is a 10/10 and the lounge area is super cozy. So centrally located, but it still feels like a getaway. Thank you Lake George and the Courtyard crew!

One of the best hotel stays we have had. Staff was amazing, property and rooms was immaculate, and all the amenities and basic essentials you could possibly need during your stay. Itās was such a great experience we spent more time on property and in the room then we did exploring the area. We felt at home. Beds were comfortable and the rooms always smelled really nice and refreshing. Hotel front office/desk staff was genuinely nice and accommodating.
