The place looked like a DIRTY 1920 house of ill repute. I can’t believe you even have this place on your list. As soon as I saw the room, I walked out. You should as a decent business gesture refund my money.

This place is ran down, and honestly unsafe. Door wouldn’t lock, dirty throughout. We stayed 20 mins and left. Couldn’t do it. Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stepped into.

Didn’t even check in. There were ladies of the night and homeless all out front. Was too terrified to get out of the car. Tried and tried to get someone on the phone to cancel my booking. Still haven’t spoken with any. This place looks pretty online but is so far from it. Still can’t my money back and I didn’t even go in the building. Such a scam.

The whole building needs to be remodeled and the administration needs to keep the building with the a/c turned on because that area is too hot. Rooms are outdated and lack of comfort.

This place is an unsafe dump. We checked in. It was sketchy. An older man was sent upstairs, to vacuum quick and turn on the ait conditioner, we later learned. Door locks were broken, fire alarms missing with wires hanging, dirty linens, no light or fan in the bathroom and disgusting vanity and mirror. I immediately contacted expedia to inform them. Before leaving they agreed I would be refunded if I stopped at the desk to inform them of my issues, which I did. I have yet to be refunded and Expedia claims the hotel must approve the refund. Never again! So disappointed and not refunded 6 days and at least 7 contacts later.
