Welcome to our cozy downtown Brownsville home!
This charming 2BD, 2BA house is perfectly located at just a 3-minute drive to Gladys Porter Zoo, Children’s Museum, and Brownsville Museum of Fine Arts. Enjoy the Farmer’s Market on Saturdays just around the corner, and downtown restaurants and bars just 6 minutes away. It is also conveniently located only 40 minutes from South Padre Island and SpaceX. The amenities include free WIFI and tv in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The space
The space includes the entire individual A Unit. The space is enclosed with a small fence and has a private entrance. You can park on the street in front of the Unit on E Polk St. Or you can use the designated parking behind the duplex building.

The unit includes 2 bedrooms equipped with a queen size bed and a full size bed. It also comes with a washer and dryer so you can be sure to never run out of clean clothes on your trip!

The property offers self check-in, the key will be available in a lock box. Combination will be provided prior to arrival.

Other things to note
We provide a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent for your convenience. If you require additional amounts during your stay, we kindly ask that you purchase your own.
