"We all had a very relaxing week, including our dog who was safe with the fully fenced gardens. The property is very well-equipped and the family were very responsive to our queries. In the area there are nice restaurants and places to explore. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again"

"Das kleine nette Häuschen in einer sehr ruhigen natürlichen Gegend mit Garten zum grillen und draußen verweilen umgibt alles was man zum Urlaub benötigt! Eine Wohnküche mit einem älteren Bad mit Waschmaschine ! Die beiden geräumigen Schlafzimmer jeweils mit Schrank und Spiegelschrank! Die Betten sind durchgelegen , deshalb mein Punktabzug "

"Der CheckIn verlief sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus war Innen und Außen wunderbar sauber und gepflegt. Informationen zum Haus und zur Umgebung/Sehenswürdigkeiten lagen gut sichtbar bereit. Der Austausch mit dem Eigentümer lief via Whatsapp sehr zügig und freundlich. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Ferienhaus und Vermieter absolut empfehlen! "Vorab, es lief anders als gedach,aber im Nachhinein war es eine tolle Zeit….aber von vorne…es passierte was niemand will und was auch bei Pauschalreisen mal passiert…eine doppelte Buchung und wir waren die die später angereist sind. Vesna war aber trotzdem vol für uns da. Sie kümmerte sich um Ersatz und dieser war mehr als wir erwartet hatten…die 2 Umzüge zwischendurch mal ausgenommen hatten wir Glück im Unglück und eine tolle Zeit in Kroatien. Vielleicht nächstes Jahr im tatsächlich gebuchten...

"Ruhig gelegen, schöner Pool Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Haben den Urlaub sehr genossen."

"Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool unweit von Barban. Sehr ruhig gelegen, allerdings - wir sind in einen Dorf - krähen die Hähne am Morgen (aber nicht sehr laut hörbar). Wir hatten das Grundstück für uns. Es hat richtig Spaß gemacht! Das Weinmuseum im Ort sollte besucht werden (empfehlenswert)."

"The house was wonderful once we found it. Directions are quite ambiguous and roads are not marked. Best to put the address into Google and head to Mali Kosi. Do not let Google take you to Rabac!! The kitchen is fully appointed and a pleasure to cook in. There was no toilet paper or soap upon our arrival. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets off the deck. A great place to hang out but somewhat inconvenient if you want to explore Istria."

"Our stay here was wonderful. We visited Rovinj many times and also enjoyed Svitvencenat. The house is clean and quiet. A great hot tub as well. The owners also make very tasty food almost next door. A very nice touch to be greeted with some organic Croatian beer and wine. Highly recommend. "

"Ein rundum hervorragender Urlaub. Super Vermieter. Mega freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Super saubere Unterkunft. Alles wie beschrieben. Herrlicher Pool und Ruhe pur. Kleiner Supermarkt und 2 Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar (10 Minuten zum Laufen). Meer mit dem Auto zu erreichen."

"Das Haus war wunderschön, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist Wahnsinn 😀 er wird auch gut gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw. Reinigungskraft war auch sehr gut und sehr freundlich. "

"This is the most beautifully designed and furnished villa with a great pool and outdoor sunbathing area. It is situated in a lovely village with a cafe, restaurant and convenience store. It is close to beaches and there are many wonderful places to explore a car ride away. Dudo, the owner, who lives next door is an exceptional host. The perfect balance between unobtrusive and helpful, Dudo provided lots of excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. We had a wonderful fun family...

"Mir wurde die Unterkunft, nachdem mit die Buchung bestätigt wurde, wieder wegen Ausbuchung storniert. Trotzdem habe ich ständig für den "gebuchten" Urlaub und sogar wo ich den Schlüssel für die Unterkunft erhalte Emails bekommen. Auf meine Emails wurde nie geantwortet. Und jetzt werde ich gefragt, wie mir der Urlaub gefallen hat. Kundenservice sieht anders aus."

"I scrolled through holiday homes in VRBO/Homeaway and immediately fell for this beautiful villa, which literally decided the destination (Istria,Croatia) for us. Both were a happy choice. The house offers beautiful views to the sea and Cres Island and feels very private as it is covered by trees and gardens. We loved the covered terrace, where We enjoyed all the meals, backgammon, cards, and hard discussions with the grasshoppers. The pool was for sure wonderful and the barbeque area worked...
