Private: property 700 m2, garden with lawn, swimming pool kidney shaped, heated (40 m2, depth 15 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 550 m, pebble beach, rocky beach 300 m. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Swimming pool with hydromassage. Swimming pool heated (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required.
