"Very nice hotel in a great location, Ylena was very attentive and welcoming. She always a phone call away if you need help after hours. Rooftop pool is a nice touch. "A fantastic hotel! Great location on the sea front and a 5 minute walk into town. The hotel was lovely and clean, breakfast varied and comfortable beds, air con etc. Fab pool with jacuzzi and a great bar/cafe. The staff were outstanding - very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Isabelle and Daniella - they arranged some special trips for us and went over and above to make our stay so enjoyable. You can’t go wrong booking this hotel … & worth trying to get a room with a terrace!! Brilliant holiday "

"Lovely stay with helpful staff. Our room was huge and had a sea view. It’s located right near the ramparts and you can stroll along the water or take a short walk into town. Breakfast and aperitivo on the terrace were well done. We parked on the street, just down from the hotel. Download the app- you can pay/add time from your phone, plus many other cities in Sicily use the same app which was convenient. "
