"We had a large group of friends holiday with families. We rented the entire accommodation. It was clean and tidy and a great location. The views are amazing. A good communal area so we could all be together for cooking meals. The pool area was beautiful and clean. You do need a car for access as it is quite tucked away in the mountain. We breakfasted to the song of blackcaps with bee eaters, hoopoes and buzzards glimpsed in flight. We felt very close to wildlife. The best pool we have ever swumIn. Clear mountain air. "Truly had such a lovely stay in this beautiful villa. We are a family of 8 (6 adults, 2 children under 5) and this worked perfectly for us. Comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms and Carmine the host was very attentive and helpful at all times. The villa is in great proximity to the main walled city of Lucca and there is plenty of space to park if you have hired cars (we had 2 cars).
