"The front door had a giant crack in the glass- which left us with a fear of our safety. This is a storefront that has been “converted” into a rental. The second “bedroom” was in the living room and in fact the beds were set up in what used to be a shop windows- my daughter didn’t feel safe. In addition a terrible smell emanated from the bathroom and there were no windows to open. Just awful. Was there for such a short stay I didn’t contact landlord because I didn’t want to wait for someone to...

"The host and her staff were eager to please! Very personable and available to answer questions. If you truly want a taste of Bad Urach’s marketplace area and be able to walk to great restaurants, cafes, gelato, etc, there is no better place to stay! Very clean, excellent shower, and newly redone. We stayed in May, hiked during the mornings, and then relaxed in the afternoon/evenings in this gem of a town. Five stars! "

"Michael and Tobias take great care of their home. It was incredibly clean and well furnished for the two of us. Down the road is a hiking trail that took us to a very tranquil lake. We enjoyed our stay very much. If you’re visiting, don’t forget to visit Schönbuch, a 200 year old brewery with a fantastic Hefeweizen!!"

Well, there is - but upon check in instructions, you're told to go to a garage a block away despite the carport right next to the front door. When I asked about that, the owner said that the carport is no longer part of the property. It wasn't a big deal, but that's pretty poor work to have carport in the title of the listing but not...
