"The hotel is in a nice little town (8000 people) not too terribly far from Vienna and the airport, but the 50 Euro cab fare might turn some people off. The hotel is very clean and beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was plentiful and was really good. "This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Had to wait an hour to check in. They only had two staff, and there was about 30 people in line to check in. Went to my room and the air conditioning which hardly worked made so much noise that I couldn’t sleep. We changed to another room the next day and somehow two of my expensive bags went missing. The food was awful and the buffets are definitely not worth the money. I stayed for three nights and I ate across the road at the airport. The staff was constantly rude and condescending."
