She didn't meet us like she did in other reviews and didn't apologise for it, nor apologise for not responding to our phone call. Guests in the main house were given instructions to show us where to go-thank goodness for them and helping us up to the Bergerie in the dark. Johann was on hand for anything we needed and was so welcoming. The property itself is so well located close to the airport and Carcassonne. We thoroughly enjoyed the darts, pool table, hot tub and pool, so much to do!"
