A great little boutique hotel in an ideal location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had nice quality ingredients. I would definitely recommend for a stay in Lyon

Hotel was located very close to the main square. Reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Hotel was clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in a central place right near the train station and trams lines. Which was perfect to travel about. They had a great tv selection in your language as well

The gentleman that organized the breakfast room was wonderful. He answered any questions we may have and asked us if we needed any help with anything. Just a friendly guy. We found that he was much more helpful than the front desk staff.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Acacia. I appreciated that they had a separate room to store my luggage. Checking in was easy and the room was beautiful- spacious, well decorated, and very clean. The hotel itself was beautiful and easy to walk to all the sights in Bruges. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
