They have a beautiful patio right on a canal. Our room was large and comfortable. It is just a short walk to the main square and several museums. Everyone speaks English and both the hotel staff and people on the street were very helpful.

Perhaps the nicest B&B I have ever stayed in. Good location. Best breakfasts ever. Agna and her husband are wonderful hosts. You won't go wrong if you book this property.

What a wonderful experience.

Concierge was courteous, knowledgable, patient and charming. Inn is very old and beautifully appointed, room was luxurious and breakfast was generous and excellent. Also the location is perfect. We hated to leave.

Beautiful property with amazing help and insight to Brugge from Hans and his wife. They helped us every step of the way with canal tours, buying chocolate, booking dinners, and just exploring Brugge. This may be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. First of all, I love history and so you are staying where King Charles II had his castle. Secondly, the breakfast was amazing. Third, the rooms had beautiful chandeliers with high ceilings. And finally the wellness area had a lovely sauna room. The hotel was so close to all the picturesque spots. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our time at Hotel de Castillion. Every detail is thought of. The owners/staff are amazing, so helpful and really took care of us. The room was beautiful as are the grounds. Having breakfast in the cellar was such a fun experience. We enjoyed a bottle of champagne in the courtyard and it was like a fairytale.

Bruges is a fairytale and this hotel is a fairytale in the fairytale. It is a gorgeous jewel box boutique hotel that was worth every penny. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bruges.

The most amazing location in all of Bruges, just dripping with history. David de Graef is a most gracious host and super talented artist. The breakfasts are works of art in their own right and David was so helpful with our city touring as well. Our room was perfect and had a most amazing view of the cathedral behind us.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet excellent and many options to choose from. Walkable distance from train station and all major landmarks. Rooms comfortable, spacious and clean. I will stay here again

Very confortable but to carry my bags to my room was awful . Stairs to get to the lobby and the elevator and stairs again from the elevator to my room NO HELP AT ALL We are seniors and could not carry around , should think of this .

Great location. Delicious breakfast with all the trimmings, incl. champagne. Amazingly friendly, helpful and efficient staff (housekeeping, reception, breakfast room, proprietor).

We stayed in Room 319, a mini suite with a bedroom, sitting room, and bathroom. The two major rooms had a television, two windows, and views of the Belfry Tower (also overlooking the roof tops of neighboring residences. The hotel is located on the canal where you can get on a boat to ride the canal. Staff were very helpful and all who we encountered spoke English very well. We thought the room and hotel was excellent and one we will rebook on a return trip.
