"This is a very convenient hotel to overnight on the way to the ferry ports to UK. It is about 100m from the E40 although there was no noise from the road. The room was large, very smart, air con and has tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant and bars were attractive but we took the opportunity of driving into Brugge. Check in staff were lovely. There is a local town with pubs and shops, and Brugge is just 8 Km away. The parking at -'t Zand Underground Garage is excellent plentiful, 5 mins...

"Pro: AC worked very well, bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Con: Towels didn’t smell fresh. Shower didn’t drain properly. Staff made us wait to ensure they got their money from Expedia which I thought was really weird. All attention at check out went there and they didn’t ask if we had enjoyed our stay."

" Very pretty traditional hotel with impressive sweeping staircase. Large well appointed rooms. Superb breakfast. Marco and Nathalie could not have been more helpful. Such brilliant hosts. We visited without a car and Marco happily gave us a lift to the bus on many occasions"

"An amazing place, peaceful and tranquil. Fantastic breakfast, fresh fruit salad and orange juice with lovely bread, hams and cheeses. Great hosts and beautifully decorated interior. Great location for getting in to Brugge for sightseeing."

"Very clean compact and good price and would stay again. AC was not working during our stay but otherwise all good. Google maps leads to the caravan park instead of the car park which is towards Ibis hotel. Can check in after 10pm but there won't be any assistance if a problem. Bed sheets but need to make own beds. No towels. Dishwasher tablet is provided. Bathroom door is in the bunkbedn area so can disturb kids if use during night."
