"The air conditioning was not functioning adequately, I turned it down as much as possible but the room was still stuffy and hot. The bar fridge was also not functioning adequately and the drinks inside were warm. And surely 2 bottles of Prosecco should be provided for 2 occupants?"

"Rooms clean. Max 5 minutes from Metro station. On site underground car park @£15 a day. Very helpful staff. A/C in rooms - essential in Summer! Shopping centre with food court 8 minutes away. If I was going to Milan again (probably not), this is where I would stay. Didn't eat in the hotel - although €20 for a buffet breakfast seems quite reasonable."
