Spent most of our showers in barely warm water..sometimes cold. 1 inch gap under main room door meant well lit hallway made the room very bright at night and very noisey when people used hallway. Didn't receive our continental breakfast on the 3rd day. Restaurant does great meals though"

"Check in was disappointing. Was told numerous times checking was at 3pm , which I knew. Reception didnt offer to hold 1 suitcase whilst we had lunch & waited for check in. Reception told us there was no 'shuttle' from resort to park. Was requested to show reception where it mentions shuttle bus on website. I found this extremely rude & condescending. I found proof & showed reception. I didnt receive an apology. I was fortunate enough to be able check in before 3pm."
