Room 2 had a broken window and didn't have an air conditioner remote, we spoke to a lovely staff member who got the air conditioning remote but window still broken, so offered to change our room. Room changed and window and air conditioning worked, however air conditioning flooded the room, had to put towels down overnight and still water flooded the room despite towels. En revanche quand une famille demande un lit bébé c'est qu'elle en a besoin. On nous a proposé un simple matelas ce qui n'est pas possible avec notre fille de 18 mois. Pour une nuit de sommeil on repassera. Dommage, le reste était plutôt correct. "
