"Firstly, absolutely fantastic view, one of the best I’ve experienced. Very characteristic property with quirky features but the beds were not the most comfortable. Unfortunately, being in such a desirable location does have its pitfalls, the wind on one of our nights was horrific and as you can imagine drafts were felt in every room which made it even colder than the previous night. I would say that in the Summer you’d be fine but during the Spring break our young child really struggled in the...

"One could not ask for a better hostess. Thank you so much. We were met on arrival and provide with lots of information about living in the apartment and touring the area. The apartment is perfect for staying outside the hustle and bustle of Como itself. We were very comfortable in the accommodation with an excellent bed and a well equipped kitchen. The balcony is large enough for sitting out and enjoying the wonderful Lake Como sunsets. The drive up to Brunate can be a little challenging but the...

"Nice stay, strategic location, highly recommended"

"Great place in a great location. The owner is very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay in Como."

"On our last night of stay which was a Friday night there was a lot on the street caused by people from the bar. You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. Everything else was fantastic, great hospitality, clean, proper guide, and thorough communication from property owner. "

"Great location in the wonderful town of Como."

"Alles bestens. Wie erwartet."

"Very nice apartment close to the lake of Como. The apartment is clean, very spaceous and all you need from cleaning tabs and coffee machine to extra pillows and diverse equipment etc were included. We received a bottle of wine as welcome gift as well. Nice gesture from the landlord who is really nice and always helpful. There were also a few toys fir the kids in the apartment and a ball to play outside the door in a lovely small garden. "

"Very nice apartment and extremely convenient."

"Very clean, spacious, and cozy! Flawless check in and great location!"

"Property was wonderful and in a scenic location but being there without a car limited our access to the lake itself. Would highly recommend to guests with a car but would choose something closer to train station if traveling by public transport"

"The staff was super helpful with reservations, ideas for local attractions, etc."

"Incredible location just on the edge of the village away from the commotion but steps away from restaurants, ferry and historic city venter. Amazing views of the lake and mountains. from outside the property Very safe and secure with a main gate to enter the property outside. Great hosts and easy check in/check out."

"Beautiful apartment in a tucked-away building on a quiet street. The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Como. Restaurants, shopping and all transportation (ferry boats, bus to Lake Como towns and main train station to Milan) located just a few blocks away. The apartment is spacious (huge!) and spectacular and clean, comfy beds, towels, wifi - lovely decor, full kitchen and even a washer and dryer. It is in an accessible elevator building. Difficult to tell from the pictures but the...

"The apartment was lovely and the location was very convenient. It was always easy to contact our host, Antonella, whether it was before or during our trip. I would definitely recommend choosing this apartment for a stay in Como."
