Our host Eric is a very friendly person and went out of his way for us and took us to a local waterfall that’s only know to the locals and we had an excellent day. "The staff and facility were both fantastic. They exceeded all of are needs and desires. From our greeting when we arrived to our farewell actually out front. Both Francisco and Michelle came out to bid us a farewell. Francisco even assisted us in the parking which was somewhat tight spaces. Also we really enjoyed the food.both dinner and breakfast were delicious and attractively prepared. It was just a wonderful experience for our group of four"

"This property is the perfect get away to beautiful Costa Rica. The location of the hotel and the views are amazing. The staff were tremendously helpful, courteous and a joy to be around. "The home is just beautiful, exactly as pictured and we had a wonderful time. The concierge met us at the home to help us settle in, provided us with immigration letters and great recommendations for activities and a fantastic chef /caterer that we scheduled to prepare us dinner for our wedding anniversary. It was magical.The location was more difficult to get to than we had anticipated, it was over a mile off road and even with a 4x4, it was nerve racking driving up the hill especially in the dark after the few times we went out for dinner. An ATV would have been a better option but we had traveled from San Jose so we could stay at other locations during our trip. However just down the hill from the house was a spectacular waterfall. One other thing we weren’t expecting but were told upon arrival is the likelihood of losing power which happened a few times, however the home has solar panels so a lot of things like lights, fridge etc are still working fine. Lots of easy day excursions and beach options. Would highly recommend to anyone. "

"Due to the rain we had a ton of bugs in the room. It was kinda gross. Otherwise things were great! Also the road up to the resort was very brutal. Luckily our driver was a good sport."

"Todo estuvo excelente! La comida deliciosa, la única recomendación sería que el desayuno fuera a las 6am o 7am, ya que al ser a las 8am, no permite salir tan temprano para hacer tours o ir a la playa. Sin embargo, mi familia y yo quedamos encantados del lugar, definitivamente volveremos. "
