"Absolutely amazing stay. Didnt try out the spa but this was an amazing hotel. I believe it was a little slow so the staff upgraded me to a room that faced the lake. Breathtaking views. Anything in the mini fridge is free of charge and breakfast is included. All things that really matter when traveling in an expensive country. Would highly, highly recommend. "

Parking in back was also very convenient and so was laundry room was sooo great to have. A+++ on this gorgeous place. Highly recommend and already talking about coming back to stay here. "This is a very quaint hotel, only negatives not enough power in the room and could not find any English language channels on tv. The staff was so helpful the owner went out of her way to help locate a rental car for us. One last issue there was no safe or refrigerator in the room this was a minor issue we delt with."

"Would have liked to have a microwave in the kitchen..Hanging lights in bedrooms did not work so very difficult to see,& downstairs shower did not work properly. The view from this property was incredible & very peaceful setting.The owners were very friendly & nice. I would suggest the price of the gondola be included in the daily rate. Since we went on daily excursions it got pretty pricy for 7day round trips per person to reach our accommodations. All said we all enjoyed our stay at a beautiful property in the Emmetten area of Switzerland. "
