"We were able to pull right up in front of Our hotel room on first floor. The key would not unlock the door and the door lock needed a new battery. They had to call a maintenance person in to change the battery. We could not use the refrigerator because the smell was so rancid and it was dirty. Carpet was frayed from the bedroom area going into the bathroom. Bed frame shook and creeked every time you turned over. Breakfast was a disappointment and I was told that they are no longer required to have a breakfast, but they are still putting a few things out. They said the juice machine is no longer offered by the company. There was a coffee machine, but since I don’t drink coffee, I had to go to the lounge and get me a bottled water. To end on a happy note, the staff was exceptional and tried to accommodate all our needs. They were very pleasant, including the maintenance worker."
