"The hotel was 5 star all the way. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. The manager was visible and offered dining, excursion and shopping suggestions. All excellent recommendations. Our suite was large yet had a cozy feel. Everything was immaculate. The breakfast was excellent from fresh berry compote to specialty pastries to imported coffee. A beverage bar was available 24/7. Breakfast out in the courtyard was quiet and lovely. The location was perfect for walking around town. We has a wonderful stay and will return again."

"The Zen Den Guest Suite was perfect. The place was clean and in a great location. The host was great, easy to contact and get information from. If you are looking for something small and quiet this is the place for you. You will not regret staying here. I know if I am in need of a place to stay in Highlands again this is the place I will want to stay"

"We enjoyed the cottage very much! Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. We enjoyed the firepit and the fireplace! The location was wonderful for the area! The only recommendation would be to replace the couch and chairs inside as they are very uncomfortable. We brought in 2 chairs from the table on the screened in porch to use during our stay so it worked out OK! Would highly recommend and we would definitely return!"

"I have literally NEVER stayed somewhere more perfect. The property was beautiful and it seemed like every single little detail was thought of. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was out of this world amazing, the common spaces provided an excellent third space to just read and exist. Cannot wait to head back to the area just so I can stay here again and again. "
