"Alda was an excellent host making sure the directions were clear and the check in process was smooth. The suite is clean and has all the amenities. It is 5 mins walking distance to the train station. If you are visiting Tirano this is a must stay place. Convenient in many ways. "

"We arrived in heavy rain and the lovely reception staff went and got us towels to dry off before even starting to check us in. Our room was very comfortable. We had a very nice meal in the restaurant and an excellent breakfast. The lady who looked after us in the restaurant for both meals was very nice too. We appreciated the option of a hotel taxi to the railway station after checking out, but coming in we hadnt pre booked, so the bus 602 from the railway station to the first stop A to the post office worked well and drops you about 300m from the hotel. We had a short but extremely pleasant stay here."

"The room was excellent, it had everything we needed to spend the night before getting on the Bernina Express! The breakfast in the morning was very good as well."

"Superb customer support and service, and superb breakfast. The rooms are small but modern. The hotel team is super friendly, there are 3 floors in the hotel and there is no elevator, can you picture a 65 years old man and wife dragging their luggage to the 3rd floor. The hotel has plenty of parking spots in the back. The hotel is located on a restricted zone that you cannot enter the city without a pass. The hotel is in a superb spot close to everything. I recommend the hotel to everyone just would have hoped that there a fridge or a water heater in the room to make tea. The bathroom and rooms are all high tech and equipped with the latest technology. "
