"We were here for a city break so the room was great for that. It was exactly what we needed for our stay. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy. I felt we got what we paid for. There is no tea/coffee machine in the room, and no smart tv. Towels were also small."

"We have stayed here for the past 7 years so I suppose that says something. The only negative is some parts are getting a bit tired .door frames etc.but the hotel is still a comfortable clean place to stay and perfectly placed for the grand place"

"The room was excellent, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good - freshly made omelette to order was favourite. The staff were always helpful and polite. The location was very good for local food & drink and transport links. The trams and buses are very good. The bar was not open very much when we stayed, this was advertised that the opening hours were such though so we knew this but would have enjoyed having a drink at more flexible times in the bar."
