"The staff was absolutely amazing and even was able to upgrade us to a better room. We arrived early and were allowed to check in which was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately there is a ton of construction on the road to get to the hotel but that has nothing to do with the property and they were very accommodating despite it. Overall a great experience and an absolutely wonderful and unique place to stay in Mackinac city. "

"No complaints, staff was friendly and stay was comfortable. Room was clean, lobby and amenities all very clean and well kept! Above everything else pool, sauna, and hot tub was all working!!! Breakfast was a great variety and staff restocked efficiently. "

"Mom and I were passing thru from a UP weekend trip. Rooms were clean and comfy, beds were spacious. No microwave in the room, but we could use the one in the lobby area to pop some popcorn."
