The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), an adjoining shower room separated by a curtain (no door) with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, vanity unit and toilet

Construction work will take place on the plot from September 2026. This will not prevent you from parking your vehicle. Furthermore, as the building site is located to the north of the property, whilst the flat’s windows face south, noise disturbance should remain minimal.

You’ll be able to enjoy easy access to all essential amenities, as well as shops, restaurants, bars and the market.
