"Sheets were dirty. Mattress cover had blood. Room stunk. Shower had bad mold. Felt itchy. Did not want to give a refund"

"I got in the room and started moving the pillows around bugs came out from them. I’m not really sure if they are spiders or what, but there were also spots on the pillows and the bedding so when I told the front desk clerk that I cannot stay there and ask for a refund, she refused to give me one. I also paid for a queen suite which I was not put in because after I got there, she said they were all taken."

"I stayed at The LaSalle Hotel for my best friend’s wedding, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the customer service stood out — every staff member, including housekeeping, greeted me each time I entered or exited the hotel. Their kindness felt genuine and consistent throughout my stay. They also went above and beyond with small gestures that made a big difference. When they noticed we brought in food, they immediately offered paper plates and utensils without us even asking. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness. The onsite food and drinks were great, and the recent renovation of the hotel is beautiful — modern, stylish, and very well done. The entire property feels refreshed and welcoming. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend The LaSalle Hotel to anyone visiting Bryan."

"It wasn’t too bad for the price. Our fridge was broken and it smelled terrible like an electrical fire. So we asked if we could put it outside our door because it smelled up our room. It stayed outside our door for the entire three days we were there. Good thing we brought a cooler or else our food we brought would have went bad. The hair dryer was melted and not usable. We had to make our own beds. The WiFi was hard to connect to as well it would connect and then randomly drop out of now where. The fold out couch beds were pretty bad. They were thin and the springs were poking you. We fixed that though with extra blankets lol. With that said though it was cleanish and thank god there was no bugs. It was quiet and the shower was nice. We had a great working AC. Like I said though for the price we got it at and how long we stayed it wasn’t too bad at all. Just giving more of a heads up. I’ve definitely stayed at worse."

"Very ran down, smelled horrible, no AC in the room, no towels, the list goes on. They offered me a 25% discount on an INHABITABLE room. There was 1 guy who ran the whole place and couldn’t get ahold of a manager. Worst experience ever. Wouldn’t let my dog stay here. "

"Deceptive in charging $25 upon check-in with no notice about chafe- plus elevator not working so had to carry 3 bags down stairs by self with ankle hurting "

"I traveled 200 miles to visit fam and chose this location due to amenities that was offered. The pool and fitness was not opened and I was not notified. Keep in mind this was my second visit due, to my reservation being unexpectedly changed frim the previous 2 weeks of my scheduled stay. I hope all involved would work ion better communication to clients. "

"The room smelled, AC was broken, and not very clean. I had to buy toilet paper for the room. Hotels in the area were booked so we stayed. I will not stay there again. "
