Stylish 2 bedroom with King beds in both bedrooms. This place is newly renovated in 2020 with new appliances, and quartz counters. The step-in shower is a real highlight. Located within an easy 8 minute walk to campus, even shorter to Northgate. You can see Kyle Field from the road out front and Downtown Bryan (4 mi) and Santa's Wonderland (12 mi) are just a short trip. This transitioning neighborhood is a colorful blend of Bryan community and Aggies.

A&M Graduation

It was a great stay, thank you! The perfect size for what we needed. We were there for our daughter’s graduation and it was a plus that we could bring our dog along. It was close to everything and a quiet area. We would stay again if we ate in the area.

Wonderful Stay

This was a perfect little spot for a weekend visit at A&M. My daughter is a student and missed our family dog along with her mom so I made a trip to see her. I found this gem because they allowed pets. The directions for check in was easy and everything was as described in the listing. Property had good parking, very clean on the inside and the bed was comfortable. I had everything I needed during my stay. My dogs’s food requires scissors to cut it open (which I forgot) and the first drawer I opened had scissors in it! Praise the Lord! The weather was beautiful so I enjoyed sitting on the patio with my dog. There was a little area behind the house that was fenced in, besides the opening, and it was perfect to walk my dog and play fetch with her. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had prior to my arrival. I didn’t need anything during my stay and had no issues with the property. The bedrooms do not have TV’s in them so if you are a person who falls asleep to the TV, bring a tablet or something so you can watch it on that. I also travel with my laptop for this reason. I will definitely stay here again if I am planning a trip back to College Station. Highly recommend!
