"The outside scared us a little bit on arrival, but once you get inside, it’s so cute and the neighborhood seems really safe. The king bed was super comfortable. It was a little weird because the bathroom was through the bedroom, so our friend who slept on the bed in the living room had to come through the bedroom to use it. But for the price, it was great and fit our needs, and we all slept really well all 3 nights!"

"This apartment is new and really nicely decorated and furnished. It is located near the airport and Jacksonville Zoo. It is a short drive downtown and 30 minutes to wonderful beaches. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. We loved the pool everyday and also enjoyed the workout room."

"The location is close to things within walking distance, however there isn't much worth walking to & it doesn't seem like the best area to be walking. You can tell the city is working to make the area better, but it isn't there yet. I will say, at night everyone has cute lights set up, so that was pretty. We went to a liquor store but all of them have the liquor locked up behind the register if that tells you anything. Things we felt that were worth doing were at least a 15 minute drive away,...

"Beautiful property and foolproof check in process. There is a soup kitchen close, so expect homeless individuals. We walked everywhere and never had any negative interactions. "

"The apartment was nice but was very uncomfortable with the ring camera inside the front door with view to the bedroom and bathroom if the doors were open. The mattress was a very thin foam mattress and uncomfortable. Do want to mention (which is not within your control) 2 big huskies live right above the apartment, the amount of dog hair on the patio was horrible and the smell of dog was present in the apartment because of them. The pool was nice and relaxing."

"The inside of the Vrbo was nice and clean but the elevator system to get up to the floor we were staying on caused us a lot of initial issues. We communicated these to the property manager and they seemed to get fixed promptly. Communication with the property manager was very efficient."

"The unit we were in was very nice. I was there with my 19 month old grandbaby girl. She was just out of the hospital from a liver transplant and we needed a safe, clean, well maintained place to stay. We found it with Ashley at this location. The unit was very clean with just enough of the necessities needed. Ashley was helpful and easy to reach by text. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much."
