"Nice"

"This is a true Fijian resort: warm hosts, locally crafted decor, fijian and mediterranean-influenced cuisine. Great coffee. Seafood and fresh fruits are sourced from the property itself. The private beach is beautifully quiet, perfect for swimming and relaxing, but no snorkeling of interest. The fixtures and fittings in the rooms are well used, but clean. We had stayed in this resort in 2023 and returned again in 2025 as we had good memories of the food and peace here, away from the bustle and distraction of international big brand hotels and resorts."

"Amazing views of the ocean from the lovely infinity pool. Great location just outside town and a beautiful place to unwind. The owners were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early and out late. Would stay here again. "

There can be a healthy dose of faith when you book a vacation in a foreign country, but Emaho Sekawa will take your highest expectations and exceed them by far. Anything we needed at any time, all of Emaho was there and ready to help. I would highly recommend this resort."

"This was a lovely discovery for us in Rakiraki area. Beautiful beachside location, friendly service. Looks like a great place to have a wedding, appears to have event facilities like a marquee on the beach. We were treated to a great dinner, complimentary boat ride and fish feeding. We're only there overnight. Wish we had stayed for three to enjoy at a leisurely pace. "

"Lovely hosts and a wonderful view. The host and her family are simply lovely folks and we felt so welcome. This is a small, family run property and they could not have been nicer. So glad we made this choice. It was terribly humid but the room was a reprieve from the steamy walk to town. Wi-Fi was fine. I never tried the TV because being here was a nice respite from the US."

"Sawasi is a magical place, with such a beautiful natural setting with lots of "secret paths", rock outcroppings on the ocean shore, canals to kayak on, exotic birds and bats flying at dusk, beautiful flowers, amazing food, wonderful people! We stayed on Serenity, an old refurbished cruise ship. Nice experience but the Serenity could benefit from an upgrade (carpets, etc). The bed was very comfortable, sheets, towels, high quality. We had a great time and rated it 5 stars. "
