"The room was very clean and comfortable and housekeeping made up the room every day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast every day and two free drinks a night were extra bonuses. The pool was awesome as well as the beach view. All in all an excellent vacation was had by us!"

"Overall the stay was good but not worth $2500 for premium king room. We got fresh towels here and there but the floors were never mopped and never got a new bath mat the whole time we were there so we used towels. The WiFi went out on a Monday and wasn’t back on until Thursday. Poole were nice and clean but they don’t open until 10am. A little late in my opinion. Their check in and check out should be separated and have their own desks as getting in and out takes a while. Air conditioning and room was nice. Ice machine on the 2nd floor where we were was broke 5 out of the 7 days we were there and we had told them a couple times. The time we went was May beginning June there were a lot of people from Argentina and Europe there so the DJs and bands catered to their music the whole time. We spent most of our time exploring the island and over at LaCabana where there were more amenities and the music was better at night. I was asked a review so I am just giving all of my thoughts"
